Who are we?
Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin is Coloplast’s global shared service organisation. Since 2009, we have been a trusted partner to the business, delivering key operational processes for Coloplast companies worldwide and supporting the execution of our shared strategy and mission.
The scope of CPBC’s shared services continues to grow. We support the organization across areas such as finance and accounting, IT, administration, marketing, and customer service. By working across multiple functions, we help streamline processes and support the smooth day-to-day operations of Coloplast globally.
In 2025, we further expanded our shared service model by launching a hub in Costa Rica, strengthening Coloplast’s global support setup. Today, Coloplast Business Centre is an integral part of the company’s global structure - operating locally, with a global impact.
